With Roadside Rescue you can call us as many times as you need in any membership year.

Your membership covers you in any vehicle or anyone driving your designated vehicle.

Roadside Rescue will dispatch a provider to tow/transport the vehicle to the nearest approved repairer or place of safety.

We'll help jump start your car.

We'll dispatch a provider to unlock your vehicle or we can arrange for your spare keys to be delivered to you.

We'll fit your spare tyre and have you back on your way in no time.

We will tow you if required to a safe location or approved repairer.

We Will Deliver 5 Litres Of Petrol Or Diesel To Your Vehicle For Free, To Help You Get To The Nearest Fuel Station up to 3 times for Standard and 5 for Premier.

Roadside Rescue will refer the owner or driver to the nearest approved repairer or automotive glass specialist repairer.

If your vehicle is immobilised greater than 100 kilometres from your normal place of residence and cannot be repaired within 24 hours, you will be entitled to a rental car for up to 3 days.

If your vehicle is immobilised greater than 100 kilometres from your normal place of residence and cannot be repaired within 24 hours, you will be entitled to 2 nights emergency accommodation.

If your vehicle is non-operational, we'll provide a taxi to help you get to where you need to be.

In the event of a breakdown or accident, Roadside Rescue can connect your call to family or friends.

If the vehicle is involved in an accident, we will provide advice and coordination of accident tow to a place of safety.

The vehicle will be transported to the authorised repairer, dealer or service agent.

If you were towing a boat, trailer or caravan when you broke down these vehicles will also be towed to an approved repairer or place of safety.
